 Kathy Garland has a track record of innovation and results. While Vice President of a nationally known design firm in Minneapolis, she led sales, marketing and the development of new markets and services for the company, resulting in nearly 1000% revenue growth. Kathy's ability to carve out and develop new markets and services contributed to her success in leading company growth.
She supervised the account team that served Royal Caribbean International, bringing ideas and strategies to them to manage their brand and communicate to employees how to relate to customers. This account grew by 300% under her supervision. Kathy also worked with the 3M identity team to strengthen the 3M brand and consulted with Northwest Airlines to build their reputation in the Pacific and the U. S.
Now Kathy brings that experience to help women entrepreneurs and executives to develop and implement business growth strategies and be more effective as leaders. Her innovative group programs include Annual Planning Retreats, The Power of Your Pen, Women's CEO Coaching Groups and interactive professional communications programs.

Kathy is a member of the Plano Chamber of Commerce, on the board of directors for the National Association of Women Business Owners and a member of TeamNetworking. A native Texan, Kathy has lived and traveled around the world and moved to McKinney four years ago with her husband, Tom. Her two adult children live in San Francisco.
